Quality assurance
Customer satisfaction is one of our most important values. Customer satisfaction is measured based on received feedback and periodically conducted customer satisfaction surveys. All feedback is thoroughly reviewed, and we respond to the customer as quickly and comprehensively as possible, typically within a week at the latest. Any actions requiring correction are taken immediately.
We compensate the customer for immediate harm resulting from our faulty or deficient actions. Price refunds and compensations are negotiated with the customer on a case-by-case basis.
