In case of a cancellation without pre-agreed exceptions, our general cancellation policy is as follows:
• At least 1 week before departure = free cancellation
• At least 24 hours before departure = 50% charge
• Less than 24 hours to departure = 100% charge
• Cancellations and changes are effective when Lehtimäki Tilausajot has sent a modification confirmation.

Please inquire in advance – Some of our buses may allow transportation for your pets.

You can order snacks through us, and bringing your own snacks is also allowed.

We will notify you by email the day before the trip, the name of your driver, and the registration number of the bus.
