We commit to quality and ongoing development.
Our customer helpline is open for charter and public transport passengers 24h. The CEO of Lehtimäki Group Mikko Lehtimäki handles all external communication.
Our drivers are client service professionals and most of them speak foreign languages. Our drivers are given regular in-service training based on our special training programme. Our daily operations are based on special guidelines that are updated on a regular basis. Before starting to work for us, all drivers get special induction.
The skilled mechanics working at our garages receive regular training to keep them up-to-date with the latest technologies. All coaches are regularly inspected by Lehtimäki mechanics who follow our pre-emptive, safety focused maintenance programme. Our fleet is in safe running order and we always consider the environmental aspects.
Our cleaners make sure the coaches are always ready to embark on long charters. A special cleaning regimen is followed and we only use hand-picked environmentally friendly cleaning products.
We have over 100 buses with 16 – 66 seats. Our charter buses have, among other things, air conditioning, WC, DVD and safety belts. We also use specially equipped buses for special charters. All buses have an alcolock. Get to know our fleet.
Services for the disabled
The equipment in our charter vehicles can be made accessible to disabled passengers.
Our primary values are safety, reliability, client satisfaction and high level of services. We aim at economic sustainability through advanced practices.
Client satisfaction and feedback
One of our most important values is client satisfaction. We measure it with feedback and random satisfaction checks. All feedback is carefully analysed and we try getting back within a week. Any corrective measures are implemented without delay.
We compensate the clients direct damage from failure to perform, or from improper performance. Refunds and compensations are handled case-by-case.
